Shipping Policy
On bougielily.com you can choose between the following shipping options:
Standard shipping is free of charge for most items as long as you reach the minimum order value of €29.90. Otherwise, the standard delivery fee is €4.75. We will inform you about the estimated delivery time of your order in the order overview and in your order confirmation email - however, this time may vary depending on the selected items and the shipping method.
When you complete your order, we will send you the trackingcode for your parcel.
We use standard shipping with Österreichische Post AG, and DPD, and delivery to Hermes parcel stores with Österreichische Post AG is also possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you like what you have ordered! However, if you are not 100% satisfied, the returns process is very simple.

We offer a 30 day returns policy, which starts from the date of dispatch. During this time you can exchange your product for a different color. (Buyer pays return shipping, Bougie Lily pays shipping of the new product). If you wish to return your entire order, you as the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
To make the process as smooth as possible, you should keep all labels, use the original packaging and ensure that the product is in the same condition as when you received it. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bougie Lily purchase and feel good every time you use it!

How can I make a return or exchange?

Send a mail to lydiatebrugge@gmail.com, with your order number.

Choose whether you want to return or exchange your product.

Send the product back to the adress in the answere mail. The costs will be for the buyers.

In case of exchange - we will send you your exchange product. If your new product is cheaper, you will receive a partial refund.

Refund - your refund will be processed after we have carried out a quality check, which can take up to 14 days. After this your refund will be processed and this can take up to 3-5 working days depending on your payment method.

A friendly note: please make sure you initiate your return or exchange within 30 days of your order being shipped, as we are unable to process returns received after this period.
To ensure a smooth process, we recommend that you keep the tracking number and proof of postage from your post office.
